After trying to get Bruce Wayne to help and him refusing, Terry stole the Batsuit to take matters into his own hands. Despite a rocky start, Bruce saw the potiental that Terry carries and upon seeing how worse crime has gotten in Neo-Gotham, he made Terry his successor. Training, trials, and tribulations would forge Terry into a new breed of Dark Knight....The Batman Beyond.
Now as a college student, Terry must balance his life as a major in criminal justice and as the Batman when dealing justice.
Subject: Valentino
Before getting to the subject in question, know that I am very aware of what he has done and why he is very hated. But in order for any contingency to work, one must understand the history and actions as well as other bits of information that can help. As such, it can get into topics that are...unsettling to say the least.
Valentino is a Sinner, an Overlord. As such, he is one of the big runners of Pentagram City as often many of them represent a certain industry and have control over it. In the case of Valentino, its the adult entertainment business. He is part of a trio of Overlords dubbed The Vs and as such, he lives in V Tower. As such, he owns his own studio, ironically called Porn Studio, where he is the director of many such films. I wouldn't be surprised if he took part in a few. He is also a pimp, having many workers on call for sex services. His most well known porn star is a Sinner by the moniker of Angel Dust, a spider demon who has become famous for all of that. According to some intel I gained, from a source who is close to him, Val is very manipulative, yet charming..also has poor eyesight. However, his manipulation and depravity has no bounds. So far, Valentino's history is unknown, but judging by his clothing, he may have died around the 1970s. More research needs to be done in order to uncover this sick man's history.
Valention is a humanoid demon with moth features and purple skin, bald with a pair of unusual antennae. One of them is larger and looks more a like feather. He is often seen wearing a red coat, which is also his wings surprisingly. His moth wings are strong enough to put out medium to large sized flames in close to one flap. While he has no combat experience and is not much of a fighter, he does own his own gun collection and seems to be proficent in firearms, especially since he has four arms. His most notable guns are a pistol and custom revolver called Moneyshot. He is also bilingual, fleunt in English as well as Spanish. This hints at Valentino being possibly of Latin decent. He also seems to have an on and off relationship with Vox, and appears to be quite impulsive, ready to go off the handle when things don't go his way. Normally Vox is the one who reigns him in from doing something stupid. Without Vox, Valentino is very likely to get into a situation where things get really violent...and it may not end well for anyone. His abilities also include a little post human strength, Ocular, dental, and saliva illumination, his own saliva, and typhokinesis. Typhokinesis is the ability to manipulate and generate smoke. This means that Valentino can make red smoke constructs for various uses. Speaking of red smoke....
There is a reason why whenever Val smokes, it comes out red instead of the usual dark color. This is due to his own saliva. Thanks to a counterpart of his that my intel provider introduced me to, I was able to get a samples to study. The saliva itself is a powerful aphodisiac, almost a narcotic. In small doses, it can arouse a user and even make them feel a great feeling of euphoria. In greater doses, it can make the user suspectable to command and suggestions. Valentino has done this to many of his workers, including Angel Dust. With this, I was able to synthisize an antidote of sorts to provide defense against this should he attempt to use it against me.
For this contigency to work, I will have to take advantage of his impulsiveness and rile him up to the point where even Vox can't calm him down. Using a voice changer, I can use Angel Dust's voice to lure Valentino into a target location. I will than deploy smoke grenades to blind him and force him to open his wings. Once they are open, I will use holy water dipped batarangs to damage his wings, preventing them from being used tempoarily. He will very likely fire his gun blindlly. Using the smoke, I can than use hand-to-hand combat to incapacitate him. He will than be taken a remote location for containment. His containment cell will be made to be durable enough to withstand his strength, and a venting system will be present to prevent him from using his typhokinesis. The cell will be electrified should he attempt to escape and for him understand that things will not go his way anymore.
In conclusion, Valentino may be the easiest to take down, but that doesn't mean to underestimate him. To do that is a fatal mistake. He is an Overlord for a reason and that mean he must be taken seriously. Normally, I would not want to kill as its part of my code. However, I will leave his fate to Angel Dust as a gesture of good will and a means for the poor man to finally find some level of closure. I see stuff like this in Neo-Gotham from time to time...and this hit home.
Subject: Vox
Vox is an Overlord, a Sinner with great power due to owning many souls and often represents an industry. For Vox, its video media of various forms as well as technology, especially since he is the founder and owner of VoxTek Enterprises. Vox is one of three Overlords who formed their own little group, dubbed The Vs. He lives in V Tower and his control center for survailence and media control is there as well. He sees himself as the leader of the Vs, as the one with the most control. Vox's origins are shrouded in mystery, more research must be done in order to discover his past, of his time when he was alive. There is a rumor however that Vox may be from the same era as his rival Alastor, but that is extremely debateable.
Vox himself is humanoid in appearance, with his most striking feature being having a TV for a head. According to some intel, there was time where his TV was more retro, meaning that at some time may have upgraded himself to adapt to the times. He is very charsimatic and as well as a manipulator to a high degree. His powers included electrokinesis, technokinesis, hypnosis, scrying, self-duplication, acoustokinesis, and some level of post human strength. Using his electric and techonological manipulation, he can use camera and monitors of any kind to travel from one point to another. His head can even connect to various cables for greater manipulation. Vox appears to have some history with Alastor, another Overlord. At one time, Vox wanted Alastor to join him, but the Radio Demon declined. This would lead to a fight between them, with the victor being unknown. Vox hates Alastor so much that even the mere mention of him seems to set him off and break his sense of control.
For this contingency, I have to take into account of his abilities as well as his flaws. For starters, I will have to fortify my suit to protect against Vox's technokinesis and electrokinesis. This is to prevent him from using my suit against me. The holy metal armor and holy water dipped baterangs can also be useful here given that Vox is still a demon. EMP traps will be set up near every camera and monitor to not only prevent him from escaping, but to also weaken him. Gas grenades fixed with a sleep agent will also be deployed so he can be neutralized. Psychological warfare will also be used to remind him that he is no longer in control. Being the control freak that he is, he will do his best to regain that control. The mentioning of Alastor will be key to breaking his focus, as an angered enemy is a blind and predictable enemy. He will than be transported to a remote location, his containment cell will have no technology in it, to keep him from escaping and growing strength. Lightning rods made from vibranium will be used to absorb his electrical energy, sapping him of his strength.
In conclusion, Vox is not a threat while he is still in Pentagram City....yet. The contingency will ensure that he does not become a greater threat than he already is. He may not be much of a fighter, but his power and influence alone makes him very deadly. Break his sense of control, you break the TV Demon.
Subject: Alastor
Alastor, otherwise known as the Radio Demon, is a Sinner who lives and works in the Hazbin Hotel, which is located on the outskirts of Pentagram City, aka the Pride Ring. For further context, a Sinner is a human that died and their soul is sent to Hell for their sins, becoming a type of demon in the process. Sinners are immortal and have unique abilities based on what they are and what they have done in their old lives. Their forms differ depending on the sins they have committed just like their abilities. While immortal, Sinners can still feel pain and be wounded, as well as experience death. Their wounds and injuries would regenerate, but its said to be a painful experience. If a Sinner dies by conventional means, they will remainfest with all their memories including their death experience intact. The only way to kill a Sinner for good, without any chance to remanifest, is a weapon made from Angelic metal. Theoretically, holy and blessed weapons can also kill them.
Before going to the contingency, one has to know the history as well as abilities of Alastor as he is no ordinary Sinner. He is an Overlord, one of a small group that not only controls a part of Pentagram City, but also owns souls. Every Overlord is a Sinner who gained such power, each of them representing a type of industry according to some intel. As for the case of Alastor, its possible that he brought radio entertainment to the city, but that is debateable. However, upon reading old newspaper articles from the 1930s, there has been a string of unknown murders in New Orleans as well as an obituary of a radio host who died via a gunshot to the head, being mistakened for a deer. That radio host's name...is Alastor. According to another Sinner named Mimsy and a former Exorcist named Vaggie, Alastor would one day manifest in Hell with a smile on his face. At the time, he was not deem a threat and seems unassuming. However, when he did strike, he went after powerful Overlords and he would broadcast their screams of suffering and agony on the radio. That was the day he rose to become an Overlord. Other bits of his history includes a rivalry with another Overlord known as Vox and...according to some intel I was given...that Alastor himself is under a soul contract with an unknown entity. That is troubling as Alastor is quite powerful, and yet there are others who are even more powerful, not counting Lucifer, the King of Hell and Embodiment of Pride. For now, the focus is on Alastor.
Alastor appears as a humanoid with deer features, such as antlers and parts of his hair resembles deer ears. He is dressed in a suit that compliments the era he has come from. He is also a cannibal, indulging himself in feeding live or dead victims. But unlike the other Cannibal Sinners, he holds himself to a higher standard and appears to have a strange moral code. His powers include shadow energy manipulation, shadow teleporting, portal creation to a lesser degree, summoning and controlling shadow minions. His shadow energy manipulation ranges from summoning shadow tendrils from anywhere and creating barriers made from shadow energy. When his powers flare up, voodoo symbols seem to appear around him. Whenever he speaks, it sounds like it coming out a radio filter, though there are times where he does speak normally. He is also very cunning and intelligent, able to read the situation around him and plan accordingly. He even has a charismatic charm that has earned him some admirers, very likely due to his radio hosting experience. Like every Sinner, he has a normal form and can shift into a more demonic form. His demonic form also seems to resemble a creature of myth called the Wendigo, who is known for being a cannibal as well.
For this contingency, I will need to outfit my suit with armor made from holy metals and dip my batarangs with holy water. To demons of any kind, holy water is like a poison that burns. Due to his supernatural nature, salt can also be used to temporarily trap him in one spot. For more permament containment, a devil trap must be used and as well as a means to sent him back to Hell. I may have to get assistance from magic users such as Dr Fate, Zatanna, Raven, and possibly Constantine. This contingency may sound simple, but Alastor is anything but. If needed, I can employ psychological warfare, using the knowledge of his soul contract against him. It will make him more angry and dangerous, but it will also make him more predictable and vunerable to counterattacks.
In conclusion, as along as Alastor remains in Pentagram City, he is a threat to no one but the denizens of the Pride Ring. However, should someone be foolish enough to summon him via a ritual, or if he finds a means to escape from Hell, there comes a risk of him wanting to cause havok should something or someone set him off. That is where I must act, and with some careful planning and tactical understanding of surroundings, it is more than possible to defeat the Radio Demon.
I came across Bruce's old Agamemno Contingency Plans for whenever a Justice League member goes rouge by their own will or against their will. These plans were made to neutralise and contain. Never to kill. To kill should only be a final resort, but it's still quite a risk. It's time to think wider as the Multiverse is full of many threats, good and evil. Thanks to a certain Wastelander who can travel the Multiverse, he has given me files on different people from all over. He even requested a contingency for himself should he ever lose what sanity and humanity he has left.
Well time for me to analyze all this data and get to work. And trust me, even the Old Man said that it would be difficult to make these plans, and can even trickier to pull them off. However, he even said it is best to make these plans have them ready when the time arises. I really hope I wouldn't have to use them, but I would rather be prepared.
