Did you send the request? The greeting is on you! Vice versa for me. If you're the shy type when it comes to greeting then kick off with a cringe joke or something, it's better than nothing right? I'm also open to pic RP.
Do I play both Tatsumaki and Fubuki? Yes, yes I do. However, I wouldn't play both at the same time right off the bat. Which means you pick between the two on what to start with for the RP. One might be easier to get with than the other.
However, keep in mind that spoilers are ahead from me if you are anime only. This is going to be post whatever season 3 will be covering since the sisters haven't made an appearance in a while in what would probably be season 4 content.
All Roleplays are discussed first in Messenger then RPs take place in Conversations. If you aren't aware how Conversations work then think of it as a private post. The first message titles the chat and it operates as a thread. If you do posts and comments then you know how Conversations work.
They won't exactly be willing for their first time, but can be taken advantage of in certain instances.

She is recognized as one of the Hero Association's most powerful heroes. She is an esper and the older sister and self-declared teacher of Fubuki. She and her sister are known as the Psychic Sisters (エスパー姉妹, Esupā Shimai).
Fubuki (フブキ, Fubuki; Viz: Blizzard), also known by her hero alias Blizzard of Hell (地獄のフブキ, Jigoku no Fubuki; Viz: Hellish Blizzard) is the B-Class Rank 1 professional hero of the Hero Association. She is an esper, the younger sister of Tatsumaki, and the leader of the Blizzard Group, a B-Class hero faction. She and her sister are known as the Psychic Sisters (エスパー姉妹, Esupā Shimai). Fubuki is currently trying to recruit Saitama into her group. She's also a self-declared member of the Saitama Group.
