This might sound like a stupid question but I don't mind making myself look or sound stupid from time to time but in the character tab what's the difference between the active and the online sections?
If my brain is working right. Don't quote me on it, but Active tab shows when the person was active last.... I think, or recently active. The online section just means they are online right now.

Active are recent sessions, online is just a list of currently online.

I am habitually online nearly 24/7 so I must be up there a lot O_o
Yesn't, ultimately depends on your login/profile switch.
