"Well this is problematic, that abandoned tablet there is in a section of a structure that the devs of Occupy Mars have made completely inaccessible, so I can't grab that abandoned tablet which I need because the dev's had made the gameplay mechanic decision to lock certain tech behind blueprints, which force you to explore Mars and find abandoned structures from past colonization attempts to find these abandoned tablets which give you a random 'blueprint' to further access Tech Tree options. An example while you can find a working ATV Quad randomly, you can find a tablet that gives you the blueprint necessary to unlock the ability to build an ATV Quad yourself along with unlocking upgrades that can be crafted for the ATV."
