"Well this is lame, this Marstruck as seen here has a built in solar panel on the roof, so you'd think it would be slowly recharging the Marstruck's battery during the daytime, which as you can see from when this was taken it currently is, but it appears that solar panel is a dud as there isn't any indication any charging is taking place. Unless the battery, which is completely dead when the truck is built, needs to be charged up first before the solar panel can do the slow recharge."
