Even if she knew that this Agent was braver than that, she tried it anyway. Reaching down to her ID badge, she would turn it around, showing off a very fancy '4' that was embedded into the back.
"I ran out of bullets on my last outing, and had to complete the last objective using a stapler... Can I request more munitions?"

"Oh! Have you been a rank 4 for long? I bet you looked really cute in a rank 1 suit and tie... you've got pictures, right? Right?"
Her eyes were gleaming with excitement, the daunting difference between their ranks clearly uneffecting her.
It was obvious why she didn't like to tell people more than she needed to know, and this was one of the reasons. The excitement annoyed her.
"Yes, I've been this rank long before you've joined. Over 20 years."
