"I mean in the past human royalty certainly did so, thinking by doing that, they were keeping their bloodline pure, likely thinking anyone outside the family would only dilute, contaminate and ruin their 'pure' royal blood which is just illogical thinking as in reality no blood is 'pure' or 'royal/noble'"
