Wise is the co-owner of Random Play, a video store operating on Sixth street in New Eridu. His sister, Belle is the other owner and the two work together in operating the store. However, their other source of income lies in Inter-Knot where Wise and Bell work together as the Proxy known as "Phaethon". They gained fame as being the top Proxy on Inter-Knot and thus often gain high paying commissions. That all changed though when a hacker caused them to use a new Proxy username account and their original was tampered with leaving them to start over on Inter-Knot but thankfully they rose through the ranks to gain back their original status by working with various groups and taking on commissions as before.

I feel like ever since they did that debut of the Irontusks character, my pulls have almost always included Piper or Lucy I am up to C3 on each of them.
