Vaggie, the General Manager of the Hazbin Hotel, partner of Charlie Morningstar and fallen exorcist angel. Tough, with a heart of gold while being pragmatic and cautious with the hotel, wanting to protect Charlie, and eventually the guests of the hotel as well. She's guilty over her participation in the genocides committed by Adam and the angels, and sees working with Charlie as a good way to show she's changed, while also helping her to achieve her dream. Despite her caution, she's easily baited into shouting matches, or outright combat. This anger and judgment, as Husk points out in an episode rightly, comes from a deep self loathing for her past.
