Read before adding
This profile operates in a rather special way to other possible SAO profiles. It will take liberty from what will be the season after Alicization. Don't worry, I won't spoil Unital Ring, only the beginning to fit the concept loop of the profile.
Events are somewhat similar to the Aincrad situation, but with quite a few differences.
- It isn't a death game, but should your character die then they're removed from the game permanently. And logging out makes your character vulnerable, so basically using the way the system was in the ALO arc when logging out in a wild space.
- While I haven't read much of it yet, it shows that the games have basically merged in a way. But all their gear and levels have been reset. To explain, if your character was from a game related series the equipment they usually have now has their stats reset and are level one gear pieces. Know what that means? Regrinding new overall gear!
Asuna is the core of the profile, but I will include others from SAO to make an appearance. There might even be some characters from other titles that are game related. There is no need to pick on who I will use, as said above Asuna is the core of the profile I less someone else who is listed catches your eye.
I will be cycling through the characters, though should you want to take advantage of their vulnerable avatars then so be it, you'd just have to find a way to get to them. Of course, interactions in the "Real World" are possible as well. So in-game and out-of-game interactions are possible. Taking inspiration from the games, you can have a party of four at a single time, but it is possible to bump into others doing their own thing.
However, should you wish to keep the whole death game looming as a plotline I'm more than happy to do an Aincrad dedicated setting. I know majority of you have never touched an SAO Game but they have adapted almost all the cast to Aincrad already. On top of that the Gacha Games have had art to dedicate them to it or will allow me to bend them around for other possibilities for Game themes. I will have it under a FF14/MMO system where they could level up multiple classes. That way the flexibility for the Unital Ring is more than possible.
To be clear this profile while yes will have erotic/lewd RP, there will be elements of action, adventure and slice of life. If you aren't much of a fighter then the action can be left out as a skipped instance when it happens. All Roleplays will be discussed in Messenger but RP will not be in Messenger. Conversations will be where the RP takes place, but not the discussion. Separate tabs for separate things to not clutter them! If you do not know how the Conversation tab works then say so, I will gladly explain it and answer any questions to using it.
Monster dedicated profiles are a pass as well as any Kirito profiles. There's only one version of Kirito I might consider but don't get your hopes up on it.
Yuuki Asuna (結城 明日奈, Yūki Asuna?), known as Asuna (アスナ, Asuna?) in «Sword Art Online» (SAO), «ALfheim Online» (ALO), as well as «Project Alicization», where she had temporarily used the Stacia (ステイシア, Suteishia?) account, is the main heroine of the Sword Art Online series, the deuteragonist of the Aincrad Arc, as well as the protagonist of the Mother's Rosario side story. She is the daughter of the former CEO of RECT Inc.. Asuna was one of the 10,000 players trapped in «Sword Art Online», where she was the sub-leader of the «Knights of the Blood» (KoB) guild. Her skills with the rapier had her earned her the nickname «The Flash» (閃光, Senkō?).
Konno Yuuki (紺野木綿季, Konno Yūki?), known as Yuuki (ユウキ, Yūki?) in «Serene Garden», «Asuka Empire», «Insect Site», and «ALfheim Online» (ALO), was the deuteragonist of the Mother's Rosario side story, and the protagonist of the Sisters' Prayer side story in the Sword Art Online series. She was the younger sister of Konno Aiko and one of the three founders and the 2nd leader of the «Sleeping Knights» guild, a group of terminally ill patients who met in Serene Garden, a virtual hospice for the terminally ill, and played various virtual reality games as a form of palliative care.
Kirigaya Suguha (桐ヶ谷直葉, Kirigaya Suguha?), known as Leafa (リーファ, Rīfa?) in «ALfheim Online» (ALO), as well as «Project Alicization», where she had temporarily used the Terraria (テラリア, Teraria?) account, is the deuteragonist of the Fairy Dance Arc, one of the main characters of the Girls Ops spinoff, and a reoccurring character throughout the Sword Art Online series. Suguha is the cousin of Kirigaya Kazuto, but was raised along with him as his sister.
Alice Zuberg (アリス・ツーベルク, Arisu Tsūberuku?) is one of the main characters in the Alicization Arc and a supporting character in the Unital Ring Arc. She is the daughter of Rulid Village's chief Gasupht Zuberg, as well as the childhood friend of Eugeo and Kirito. Due to accidentally breaking a clause of the Taboo Index in her childhood, Alice was apprehended by Deusolbert Synthesis Seven and taken to the Central Cathedral, where she was forced to become an Integrity Knight, named Alice Synthesis Thirty (アリス・シンセシス・サーティ, Arisu Shinseshisu Sāti?), with her memories sealed.
Ayano Keiko (綾野珪子, Ayano Keiko?), known as Silica (シリカ, Shirika?) in «Sword Art Online» (SAO), «ALfheim Online» (ALO), and «Project Alicization», is a supporting character in the Aincrad Arc, one of the main characters of the Girls Ops spinoff, along with Kirigaya Suguha (Leafa) and Shinozaki Rika (Lisbeth), and a reoccurring character throughout the Sword Art Online series. Silica is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in Sword Art Online, where she was a dagger-wielding Beast Tamer. She currently plays ALfheim Online as a Cait Sith.
Shinozaki Rika (篠崎 里香, Shinozaki Rika?), known as Lisbeth (リズベット, Rizubetto?) in «Sword Art Online» (SAO), «ALfheim Online» (ALO), and «Project Alicization», is a supporting character in the Aincrad Arc, one of the main characters of the Girls Ops spinoff, along with Kirigaya Suguha (Leafa) and Ayano Keiko (Silica), and a reoccurring character throughout the Sword Art Online series. She is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in Sword Art Online, where she became a blacksmith and opened up her own store in Lindarth. After Sword Art Online was cleared, Rika began playing ALfheim Online with her friends as a Leprechaun blacksmith. During the course of the game, she opened a new blacksmith store in Yggdrasil City.
Asada Shino (朝田 詩乃, Asada Shino?), known as Sinon (シノン, Shinon?) in «Gun Gale Online» (GGO), ALfheim Online (ALO), as well as «Project Alicization», where she had temporarily used the Solus (ソルス, Sorusu?) account, is the deuteragonist of the Phantom Bullet Arc and one of the main characters in the War of the Underworld sub-arc of the Alicization Arc. She is a skilled Virtual Reality game player, who began playing Gun Gale Online based on the suggestion from her friend, Shinkawa Kyouji, in an attempt to overcome her trauma concerning guns. After the events of the Phantom Bullet Arc, she began playing «ALfheim Online» as a Cait Sith archer, capable of hitting targets two hundred meters away with a bow that should only be able to shoot arrows accurately at a maximum distance of one hundred meters.
Akatsuki is a Human Assassin-Tracker and one of the founding members of Log Horizon.
In the real world, she was a college student named Shizuka Hanekura (羽倉静はねくら しずか, Hanekura Shizuka?), attending Yamazaki Gakuen University. Naturally short and cutesy all her life, Akatsuki created a tall male avatar in Elder Tale as wish fulfillment — which backfires on her when the Catastrophe hits and brings all logged-in players into the world of Theldesia.
Kaede Honjou (本条楓, lit. Honjō Kaede), known as Maple (メイプル, Meipuru) in NewWorld Online, is the main protagonist of BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.
Kaede was invited by Risa Shiramine, her real-life best friend, to play the game NewWorld Online, in which she accepts to do so. She had no prior professional experience in gaming before entering the said game.
Risa Shiramine (白峯理沙, lit. Shiramine Risa), also known as Sally (サリー, Sarī) in NewWorld Online, is one of the main characters in BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.
Risa is Kaede Honjou's gamer best friend who invited her to the VRMMORPG NewWorld Online, but she couldn't play with her at that time due to not being allowed by her mother to play games.
However, she is a professional gamer, having numerous achievements that certify her capabilities. Taking the swashbuckler class, her reflexes are considered abnormal even with her out-of-standard AGI stat.
Mii (ミィ) is a player in NewWorld Online and a supporting character in the BOFURI series. She is the guild master of the Kingdom of the Flame Emperor guild and ranked fourth in the 1st event.
While she keeps a stoic and admirable facade, in reality Mii is a timid, introverted, self-critical girl who enjoys cute things. After inadvertently finding armor resembling a phoenix empress, she chose to act like an actual monarch. The charisma she displayed led her to gain a cult following. Unfortunately, she played the part for so long that she can no longer act like her true self.
Yui (ユイ, Yui?), officially named «Yui-MHCP001» (Mental Health Counseling Program 001), is a supporting character throughout the Sword Art Online series. She is a top-down Artificial Intelligence (AI) program that was originally developed by Argus to address player mental health concerns in Sword Art Online (SAO).
