Tsutako was born and raised in the Jishaku family, which is mainly known for their vehicle and robot mechanics work and building support items for pro heroes. Sadly, the romance between her mother and father drifted, and her father ended up getting custody as Tsutako wanted to be with him, but she still visits her mother every other weekend or once a month if she's busy. Watching her father fixing vehicles and robots and creating support items, Tsutako became invested and wanted to learn more. She decided to make use of her Quirk and use it to build and fix things. While her father's business isn't well-known, it still has enough customers to get the father and daughter by. She had a chance to get a scholarship by being on the swim team, but instead got her scholarship after winning second place at a science fair during her junior year in high school. Now, at age 23, Tsutako is one year away from getting a 4-year degree in Mechanics and Engineering and a minor in Business. She aims to take over her father's business, and she isn't afraid to dirty her hands black to get there once her father feels she's ready. Lately, the Jishaku Shop has been seeing a small uptick in customers ever since Tsutako started shadowing her father and getting hands-on experience under his watchful eye.

Quirk: Magnetic Fingers - She can attract smaller pieces of metal (screwdriver, nuts, bolts, screws, etc) to her and/ or make the pieces float. She uses this to bring tools and other items to her person if she concentrates. In a pinch, it can be used for self-defense if someone doesn't want to get pelted by nuts and bolts. The downsides are she needs to focus, and she has a weight limit of thirty pounds. If she goes past her weight limit for too long, her fingers and hands will cramp up.
