DESCRIPTION:
Gender: Female
Approximate Age: 20-35 years
Height: 5'10" to 6'4"
Build: Unclear
Hair: Unknown (concealed)
Eyes: Unknown (masked during attacks)
Distinguishing Features: Subject wears a white, elongated ghost-like mask with exaggerated features and a flowing black robe during attacks. Often armed with a long, sharp-edged knife.
KNOWN BEHAVIOR PATTERNS:
The subject has exhibited extreme violence, seeming to target individuals that match a general appearance. (*More info at the bottom.)
Known to taunt victims via phone or electronic devices before attacks, often using a distorted voice.
Displays a high level of intelligence and premeditation, using misdirection to both stalk and evade capture.
DO NOT APPROACH THIS INDIVIDUAL. The subject is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
LAST KNOWN ACTIVITY:
Location: Woodsboro District, California
Incident: Subject was seen fleeing a residence after a homicide. Witnesses report she may have used side streets, wooded areas, alleys and even the sewers to avoid detection.
Additional Information: Security footage shows the suspect abandoning a blood-stained Hunting Knife and fleeing on foot.
LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTION:
This is a high-priority alert issued by the U.S. Marshals in cooperation with local authorities.
Law enforcement is seeking any information that could lead to the identification and capture of "Ghostface."
Residents in Woodsboro District are urged to remain vigilant and report suspicious behavior.
