Story: While growing up, Iona's father told her wonderful stories of wizards and witches and dragons and goblins and so many other wonderful fantasy creatures. This made the impressionable girl develop dreams of becoming a witch and having adventures of her own, but those dreams were crushed when her father mysteriously went missing and Iona was raised by her mother. She wouldn't know her father was secretly telling Iona about her heritage which her muggle mother wanted to keep her away from. However, when Iona became of age, she received an unusual letter informing her of her acceptance into a place called Hogwarts. It took some convincing, but she was able to get her mother to allow her to go.

Now, she's in her second year. She's shown an aptitude for potions, but otherwise has yet to really stand out...
