Being Blitzo's twin sister, Barbie is a rather tall, slim and red-skinned imp who sports a long demonic tail. She has a long narrow head, with a pair of large curly horns colored black with thin white stripes, a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead, and a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth inside. Her eyes have red irises, yellow sclera, and slit-like pupils. Being professional in many ways she took almost any jobs from killing huans in mortal realm to just sucking some reach jerks who manage to summon her.
