Worse still, eventually Racist Weirdos will take a term and push it so far it winds up BECOMING 'I am a racist weirdo and you don't need to take me seriously'. And some terms are stuck in the in-between where there's plausible deniability. It's difficult to nip things like dogwhistles in the bud.
