Update notice:

For those curious and interested the issue at hand that happened was basically. Me and my significant other and I were given a 30-day notice to essentially vacate the premises OR kick their friend out. One of which isn't on the lease and wasn't supposed to stay longer than the few months promised but never kept. On the first of next month, if they aren't gone, the owner of the property will follow through with the 30-day notice; otherwise, HOPEFULLY, if gone, will not follow through.
