Please don't send me random starts

If you send or request a random starter after adding (assuming you read the profile) the starter will be ignored and I might just do that thing people on the site like to do where they just ignore whatever you sent and wait to be removed

This of course doesn't apply if I'm doing a random start event, but that's an limited time event
