Screenshot that they are indeed blocked by you, then you have a friend request while they are blocked and... yeah. Hopefully that they stop trying, but if any case, just post that to him and in hopes it's just something of a bug.
I'm not too 100%, but since RPT completely prevented any interaction, my take its a little oopsie in the coding.
The easiest thing I can think of doing if you don't want to talk to a certain account is to block the said account, and if there is a friend request sent is to just simply keep it as a request sent on their end. Especially if they do it constantly nonstop.
But they can't? Are you saying in terms of - block one profile and it blocks all characters related to a single account?
Someone gets their friend request denied, then they get blocked, and they're still able to send friend requests to the same person. =0
