Huh....okay turns out if you save a JPEG file it sometimes turns into a file that no website likes
Open in paint, save as, JPEG.
May have to see other places to get art since I usually browse Pinterest which links me to twitter, but anyway, thanks for the tip, I'll be sure to go through and mass edit the twitter pics I have on my hardrive
Look into PowerToys if you're on Windows. I think they have a file converter tool in that.
