In games as of late, when you can create a character and choose its gender, instead of "Male" and "Female" you now have "Body Type 1" and "Body Type 2".
Some devs, Blizzard for example, are going BACK and adding in these changes to their CLASSIC titles where such terms were not ever a thought. It's just the DEI bullshit, poisoning the well.
