Gardevoir, a Psychic/fairy type pokemon, is often looked at as some sort of feminine fairy spirit or something similar, but in reality they are supposed to resemble a Magic Knight, it’s “Dress” supposed to be a tunic and it’s “Hair” supposed to look like a helmet.
Unfortunately for this male Gardevoir, the feminine misinterpretation embarrasses him, and this he constantly tries to make sure everyone knows that he is not a magic fairy princess, but instead a “super cool and badass wizard-knight” he’s also secretly jealous of Gallades due to their more unambiguously masculine appearance
But aside from that, as a Shiny variant he’s also given a lot of attention in other ways, usually people wanting to capture him due to his rarity.
