My favorite easy meal I want to share. I use a George Foreman. 2 pounds ground beef and one egg mixed and seasoned with salt pepper and garlic or what ever seasoning you prefer. Formed into 4 balls. Cook for 10 minutes each. Top with cheese. Hamburger steak.
