A semi successful musician who has spent most of his life on the road, Neon doesn't exactly call anywhere 'home'. He usually spends enough time in a town or a city to get a feel for it before moving on to the next place on his travels, going from town to town, country to country, never settling down in one place. Lately though, times have been tough, so he's been finding himself willing to take on pretty much any job that comes his way. If it pays money? He'll do it. It's not his preferred choice but when you gotta make money, you gotta do what you can.
( I personally am open to writing in almost any scenario or setting, as long as it remains within the site's rules, along with any verse if I am aware with it, happy to insert Neon into almost any situation! )
