Loona is the receptionist of I.M.P and the adoptive son of Blitzo. Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. His eyes have red sclera with white irises, while his fur is white and has silver hair swept to the side. Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around him. He also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward his colleagues, particularly Moxxie, and is usually glued to his phone.
