Cere is a dragongirl, obviously. There was no reason to clarify that, to be honest. To be specific, she's a full-blown dragon, not a human-dragon hybrid. She just prefers to go around in a human-like disguise, because it's easier for her. She can actually fit through doors and stuff!
And being a dragon, she can use magic, the most common of which is swapping around her gender-specific bits and parts; either for a good time, or to pull a fast one on someone. So, if her partner wanted her to have a specific part, she'll be happy to oblige. Or if she finds she doesn't like you, she may give herself a part you might not like for a fun little surprise~
A fair warning, she can also be fairly forceful when she wants. Some may call it rape, but she doesn't. She calls it "I'm a fucking dragon, I do whatever I want!"
