The same old speedy blue blur thats been saving mobius since he was old enough to run before walking, only key difference is O'l blue boy has had a glow up, more defined muscle, faster speed, stronger and a little bit wiser when dealing with foes.....and also packing a bit extra down south -w^ hehe but you may need to either do a bit of charming to see that~
Other than those new points, nothing else is new about blue boy, other than perhaps being called big blue for certain reasons hehe, he can still run at top speed breaking the sound barrier with ease, smashing bots into scrap
