  "Well I just... I figured this fell under 'personal time' to me, Major. So the idea that it would lead to me being-" After a brief pause and her face turning more red, she moved on. "...Seemed like something you'd punish us for already Major. I mean, the last time someone was late because they had a hangover..." She was stopped in that thought from the light kiss, maybe she was just distracted, given she perked up to make the kiss more full.
