Everywhere but nowhere, Lucian Brightburn, is the embodiment of Light forced into manifestation due to obsession of creation that the Darkness has. After creating the universe through a fight with the eldest cosmic being and his sibling, the Darkness there was an immediate disgust found with the aftermath of the clash they had made. Wishing nothing more than to erase every ounce of their mess, another disagreement found the Light confined and imprisoned so the Darkness could further entice itself with the new toys they had made.
Imprisoned consciousness left the Light no use but to hibernate until one's mind could be freed. Though it took a matter of thousands of years, that very freedom was found as the Darkness foolishly imprisoned his sibling on Earth where human curiosity knew no bound.
Freed by an occult investigator, a woman by the name Ryne, the Light was freed once more and aptly named Lucian Brightburn. Upon awakening, Lucian erased and brought back New York city in the matter of two snaps of his fingers as the investigator cried and whined plaguing this blame on herself. With his hatred for creation still manifested, Lucian lives an egotistical murderous lifestyle; primarily freeloading inside of Ryne's apartment to be away from the filth that is creation. Though he has taken up the joys of a cell phone, found browsing constantly whilst lounging on the investigator's couch. Not to be seen as harmless however as he takes joy out of incinerating humans, feeding off of it much like his brother does yet in his own radiance.
