Fantasy Setting
The Lycidas pack is a pack of werewolf-like creatures that was feared and well known until they were nearly wiped out with only a few members managing to escape and slowly rebuilding before the current Alpha, Neevas took over and ever since he claimed the pack as his own. The Lycidas pack had grown faster than they ever thought possible, and he was revered in the pack. Believing that as long as he lived, the pack would only know paradise.
The Heroic Pack - In this version of the pack, Lycidas heads in another direction than originally and they take on jobs like mercenaries and such to aid those that can pay them in supplies for the pack, money or bodies to become property of the pack. Where they create a good reputation for themselves and allowing to spread themselves far and wide.
The Villainous Pack - They stack to their roots and raid, pillage villages, settlements and such. For food. Supplies and women or men to breed with. Creating a negative reputation and allying with those of similar nature or those that have submitted to the pack.
The Lycidas Pack's Kingdom - Instead of things the way they could be, Neevas builds a kingdom instead. Heroic or villainous, could be either.
Modern Setting
In a modern setting, things could very well be similar in ways to the fantasy setting, just in a more modern setting?
Civilized Setting
The Civilized setting can be for both Fantasy and modern, things will just be more civilized in them. Pack members going to school, slaying monsters. Everything that would be consensual based in fantasy setting or even a real life sort of a world. Even a free sex world and such settings. The only alternative I'd make is a Anthro dominant world or something like that.
A Few Notes, so please do read;
Neevas Diomedes Lycidas is the alpha of the pack and most interactions will happen as a result of knowing him. While you may get to play with other unnamed pack members, unless you intend to name them. He will be the focus at any given time.
I have no qualms in adding and playing females, futas, herms, shemales into the mix. They will all be drawn to females, and femboy's possibly.
If you want Neevas as another gender. I also have no problem in doing this. Female, herm, shemale. Futa. You need but ask. Or come up with a way to turn neevas into the said gender. We can even come up with another name for him if you would like.
