Due to the massive length of the actual background of this character and unlikeliness that anyone would even bother to actually read it. Incomplete or not. I will only be posting a summarized version of it.

The Origin of the Jigoku Ryuu resides in an alternate reality than the one that they live in now. A god who had grown tired of the gods created the Jigoku Ryuu and upon his death by his fellow kin. Granted them the power of Dark Radiance. The power to ultimately slay a god. Over time, the original Jigoku Ryuu became the mother of the Jigoku Ryuu. A massive dragon that birthed countless of her children who laid claim to the universe and eventually slew the last of the gods. Which caused the entire reality to break apart. Where all she could do was break through the fabrics of reality to send her power and blood into the current universe where she birthed the first of the Jigoku Ryuu.

Eventually they died away after finding a desolate realm to make their new home, Vaelomar, but their power to control their lust and bloodlust was sealed away in a sense and wouldn't be seen again until Raziel and Velinda Kyouran were born. Which brought an end to an era of Jigoku Ryuu killing each other and breeding each other to survive. Ever since that day, Vaelomar and they have grown. Awaiting the day that their war with the heavens can begin in it's fullest.
