So this Hinata still ends up getting married to Naruto and has their two kids together and their adopted son however she is still the Princess of the Hyuga clan and thus is this universe there is a rule in the Hyuga clan that when a woman gets married she then must once a month for 3 days straight must have a partner and have sex and get pregnant. They do this in order to grow the Hyuga clan and give birth to strong offspring.
