Blinki The Wolf is the star of a slightly more grown up cartoon from back in the late 1920's-30's.
A story with her can take place either inside her own cartoon world, or she can be brought into the real world.
Either way, she'll still have her goofy old cartoon physics for all kinds of silly (and possibly lewd~) fun!
She will also either be in black and white or the old technicolour style of colouring.
She also speaks with a slight cockney accent, despite also using 20's/30's slang.
